MOVA Globes has recently received reports of fraudulent websites, fake emails, counterfeit product listings and unauthorized payment requests using our company name. Before placing an order or making a payment, verify the website and email information below.

Gmail accounts and email addresses using any other domain are not official MOVA Globes customer support addresses.
Purchases from other websites or sellers
MOVA Globes products may also be sold by authorized independent retailers. Purchases made through another website, marketplace or seller are transactions with that seller and are subject to that seller's payment, cancellation, return and refund policies.
MOVA Globes does not receive payments made to third-party sellers and cannot issue refunds for purchases made from third parties.
Customers requesting product support must provide proof of purchase showing the original seller, order number and purchase information.

The MOVA vacuum cleaner company and its products are not affiliated with TurtleTech Design Inc. or MOVA Globes.
We do not manufacture, sell, distribute or provide customer support for vacuum cleaners, robotic cleaners or related home-cleaning products.
We are not responsible for that company's:
• Products or product quality
• Orders, payments, invoices or debts
• Customer service or product support
• Warranties, returns or refunds
Questions about MOVA-branded vacuum cleaners or related products must be directed to the company or retailer from which the product was purchased.
Shipping and international orders
Shipping charges are based on the delivery address, selected shipping method and any applicable shipping offer. The shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to shipping charges, import duties, customs fees and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge unless otherwise stated. MOVA Globes does not control or reimburse duties, taxes or other charges assessed by the destination country, customs authority or shipping carrier.
Free shipping and other shipping offers
Discounts and promotional codes do not automatically include free or discounted shipping.
Free shipping applies only when it is specifically included in the promotion and confirmed at checkout. All free shipping promotions are limited to delivery addresses within the contiguous United States.
Free shipping does not apply to:
• Alaska or Hawaii
• Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands
• Other U.S. islands or territories
• International destinations
Flat-rate or discounted shipping applies only when the specific shipping offer is clearly advertised. If free or discounted shipping is not specifically included in an offer, regular shipping charges will apply.
Promotional codes
PROMOTION NOTICE
Promotional codes apply only to regularly priced Globe products. They cannot be combined with sale items, bundle discounts or other promotional offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Only one promotional code may be used per order.
• Promotional codes do not apply to shipping charges, taxes or previous purchases.
• Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
Email and text welcome offers
Welcome promotional codes sent by email or text message provide 10% off qualifying orders of 6-inch and 8.5-inch MOVA Globes with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more.
The code is valid for 30 days from the date the welcome email or text message is received and applies only to regularly priced, in-stock products.
The offer is not valid on:
• Corporate gifts or custom orders
• Pre-orders
• Base-only orders
• The MOVA Globe Planet Set
The maximum eligible order amount is $1,200 before the discount is applied. The code cannot be combined with sale items, bundle discounts or other promotional offers.
The online offer is valid only for qualifying orders and shipments within the Americas. Customers in Europe may contact the United States Support address listed on the first page for information about a regional welcome offer.
Social media promotions
MOVA Globes may offer promotional codes or special offers through our official social media channels. Discount amounts, eligible products, purchase requirements, exclusions, available regions and expiration dates may vary.
The terms shown in the applicable social media post or advertisement will apply. Unless specifically stated otherwise, social media promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
Suspicious communications
If you receive a suspicious website link, email, invoice or payment request claiming to represent MOVA Globes, do not submit payment or provide personal or banking information.
Contact one of the official customer support addresses listed on the first page to verify the communication before taking any action.
Terms for a specific promotion take precedence if they differ from the general information in this document.
