30 Day Return Form

If you’ve ordered from our site within the past 30 days and would like to return your product for a refund, please fill out and submit the form below. Our support team will reach back out to you with return instructions or follow up questions. You will be responsible for the shipping and packaging of the original product to our warehouse facility for inspection. Refunds will only be issued for the price of the goods and any applicable sales tax. You will not be refunded the original shipping fees (if applicable). Refunds can only be applied to the payment used for the original order, including gift cards.

If you are returning a product due to a manufacturer defect, and you would like a replacement globe, please fill out our Product Replacement Form.

If you purchased your product on another website or in a retail store, please contact the place of purchase to arrange the return. We only have access to payment for orders placed on our website and can only accept return requests from such orders.

Filling out this form is not a guarantee of a refund. Refund request will be assessed based on inspection of the original product and packaging. In order to process your return, you must send your globe back to MOVA International in unused condition and include all original parts and packaging. Refund will only be issued for the product(s) price, excluding any shipping, unless specified otherwise. If any mishandling is found on the product (i.e. drop marks, indents on globe, scratch marks), your refund request will be denied and the original product may be returned to you at no cost.
