Online Ordering Policies

 

Order Processing

We usually ship in-stock items within one business day of ordering. Any shipping delays will be communicated to you. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, except for major holidays when we are closed. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within five business days of placing your order. 

MOVA Globes gift cards are redeemable at the time of purchase and can only be used to purchase items from our official MOVA Globes website (movaglobes.com).

 

Shipping Services

We ship orders with United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders will be picked up by the carrier or dropped off at a shipping location during business hours, Monday-Friday.

 

Delivery

We do our best to meet the delivery and arrival date chosen. Orders with standard shipping will be delivered in 3-7 business days within the Continental United States. Orders with expedited shipping will be delivered on or before the date specified at checkout. Orders shipped with UPS will require a signature by the recipient before delivery unless specified otherwise.

 

Where we Ship

We ship within the Americas and all U.S. territories. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other international destinations at this time. For international orders, please contact globalsales@movaglobes.com.

 

Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. It will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

 

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes; a physical street address must be provided. Any orders with an AFO shipping address or FPO shipping address will be shipped via USPS.

 

Returns & Refunds

All products purchased on movaglobes.com can be returned within 30 days. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please fill out our form.

Returns must be sent to our warehouse facility before a refund is processed. Refunds will be applied within two weeks of return. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping fees to return a product. Once the return is processed, you will receive a refund for the price of goods and any applicable sales tax. You will not be refunded the original shipping fees. If gift card(s) were used for the return item(s), you will receive funds back to the gift card that was used.

 

If you are returning a product due to a manufacturer defect, please fill out our product replacement form to initiate your return and confirm your product is within our 1-year warranty.

 

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged to any order shipped to California (C.A.) or Wyoming (W.Y.).

 

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and MOVA Globe Gift Cards.
