PRODUCT REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

Before you begin, please make sure you’ve read over our troubleshooting tips. Our products are environmentally sensitive and may just need a change of scenery to get moving again. If you’ve tried all the tips we provide and your globe is still not turning, follow the steps below to replace your globe.

We offer a one-year warranty on all MOVA Globes from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be replaced with no product fees charged.

If you’ve had your product for over a year, you may still request a replacement product for a fee.

Within 90 days of issuance of the return authorization number, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs of returning the original product for inspection (unless your globe was purchased in the last 30 days from an authorized reseller). It is the customer’s responsibility to package the product safely in a shipping box with appropriate packing material.

Product Serial Number

The serial number can be found on the back of the owner's guide inside your MOVA Globe box. Each serial number is unique so it will not start with the same letters as the example shown here.

Product Photos

When you take a photo of your MOVA Globe, please upload a side-by-side picture of the globe and a pen in order compare and confirm the globe’s size (4.5”, 6”, or 8.5” diameter).

Filling out this form is not a guarantee of warranty. Warranty will be assessed based on age and condition of product, proof of purchase, and other factors listed in the full warranty. In order to process your RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization), you must send your globe back to MOVA International within 90 days of issuance of the return authorization number and include a proof of purchase. If you have proof of purchase we will inspect your globe for manufacturer defects. If issue is proven to be a manufacturer defect, and within 1 year of purchase, you will receive a free replacement. If issue is proven to be from mishandling (i.e. drop marks, indents on globe, scratch marks), you will be given the opportunity to purchase a replacement globe for a fee. If you do not have a proof of purchase we will not be able to provide you with a free replacement globe, but you will have the opportunity to purchase a replacement for a fee.
