Hey guys, it’s Ajay from MOVA.
And today we’re gonna talk about ST. Patrick’s Day.
That’s why I’m wearing all this green.
St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated annually on March 17th, which is the day the patron saint of Ireland died.
Saint Patrick was born in Roman Britain during the fifth century.
He was actually kidnapped and taken as a slave at age 16 to Ireland.
St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated all around the world, but especially in the United States, Australia and Canada.
While St. Patrick was originally known for the color blue, the Irish Americans wear green to represent the green, white and orange irish flag and celebrate their nationalism.
Fun fact, the St. Patrick’s Day parade in New York is the largest St. Patrick’s Day celebration.
And in Chicago they dye the river green.
Isn’t that crazy? Well, the more you know.Bye.
