Customer Service Representative - Full Time - 2yr. Exp. Req.

We are looking for a full-time customer service representative to handle incoming calls as well as build relationships with new and current customers. The focus will be on taking incoming orders as well as dealing with after-sales service requests such as product warranty information and returns.

Note: This is not a call center.

Please include 1-3 sentence responses to the following questions/prompts. We will NOT review any resumes that do not contain answers to these questions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone, emailing customers, handling product returns and exchanges
  • Maintaining and updating customer information through databases and filing systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes and take customer orders
  • Handle inquiries in regards to product data, prices and availability
  • Acquire thorough knowledge of our product range
  • Consistent and quick follow up with customers and potential leads
  • Potential domestic travel to company tradeshows
  • Additional tasks as required and necessary

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of customer service in an office environment
  • 1+ year phone experience in office environment
  • Professional phone manner
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to take on other assignments and duties as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal command of the English language
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

Preferred Skills

  • Previous retail or product sales experience a plus
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Data entry experience a plus

Hours 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Salary $15+ an hour DOE

Digital Content Specialist

As the Digital Content Specialist, this role serves as the direct link from our brand to our customers and fans. This person must be fully versed in what makes for engaging content, with strong communication skills and a great eye for design. If you know how to creatively produce compelling content tailored for various channels, including YouTube, websites, social media, podcasts, and blogs - this position is for you.

We are also embarking on a new facet of branding involving partnerships with likeminded brands and companies. We will train the right person to help grow this side of our marketing efforts.

This is an in-office position with no options for remote work. Office hours are M-F 8-4:30pm.

As The Digital Content Specialist, You Will Be Responsible for the Following:

Graphic Design

  • Print and Digital Ads
  • Paid Ads on Google, social media
  • Email graphics
  • Website landing pages, banners
  • Company collateral


  • Product and Lifestyle photography
  • Create and edit short videos for social media posts, stories, paid ads
  • Create longer format videos for YouTube, tradeshows, website
  • Coordinate and lead all photo and video shoots, including hiring talent, location scouting, budgeting, etc.


  • Product Descriptions
  • Email blasts
  • Blog Posts
  • Podcast ad spots
  • Internal/External Collateral

Social Media

  • Craft and schedule posts
  • Grow social media following
  • Work with influencers on co-branding opportunities
  • Perform outreach to new potential bloggers and influencers
  • Monitor social media for opportunities to listen to and better understand our customers/fans and offer suggestions for organizational improvement based on your findings

Marketing Strategy

  • Pitching ideas for marketing campaigns
  • Take ownership and execute campaigns from start to finish
  • Have foundational marketing knowledge and understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze campaign while in process to make suggestions on
  • Able to present strategies, proposals or creative ideas to upper management teams in a powerful, confident and persuasive way.

Additional Duties

  • Manage content calendars, scheduling, project timelines
  • Responsible for marketing product samples - budget and tracking
  • Maintain marketing archives of past photos, videos, projects
  • Prepare monthly and campaign specific reports

You Have…

  • 4+ years of experience in digital content development and marketing
  • MUST HAVE portfolio or samples to show, including video, graphics, and writing
  • MUST HAVE advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, AND Premiere Pro or other video editing software
  • Proven experience in writing stellar long form and short form content
  • Experience with video production
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently to prioritize assigned tasks and execute them while maintaining deadlines
  • Proven ability to execute campaigns across marketing initiatives
  • Experience with photography, shooting and editing photos. In-depth understanding of image sizes and resolution required for various platforms.
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics or other content analytics platforms
  • Experience in Asana or other project management platforms
