TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We know how important personalizing a product can be. We strive to provide you with the best possible version of a MOVA Globe with your personal message. 

 

To provide you with outstanding service we operate under these guidelines: 

SUBMITTED DESIGN

Customers are responsible for proofreading and approving the final custom design. We will follow the exact specifications in laying out your design. We will not be responsible for errors of customer’s specifications including misspellings, spacing, or misuse of capitalization or punctuation in your custom design. By placing or submitting the order and agreeing to these terms and conditions the customer has agreed and approved the custom design. We are not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: misspelling, coloring, grammar, fonts, punctuation, or finished product size. By placing or submitting order, the customer has approved final custom design.

LEAD TIME

Our standard production time is 2-4 weeks from the time the order is placed. Production time is the time it takes us to print your base; actual shipping transit time is additional. If you select an expedited shipping at checkout, the 2-4 week lead time still applies. If you need it sooner see Rush Orders below.

RUSH ORDERS

You can place a “rush order” by contacting us at 1-858-259-1370. Rush orders are subject to a rush fee of a minimum charge of $35.00. Typically, rushed orders will reduce lead time to 1 week. We cannot guarantee “rush orders” will be received within the timeframe specified. We will do our best to accommodate all requests in a timely manner. We recommend contacting Customer Service to confirm lead time.

DESIGN CHANGES

In the instance that you need to change your design after it has already been printed, a reprinting fee of $24.00 will be charged. This $24.00 charge will apply for each instance of additional changes after initial printing.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If we have not yet printed the product and the customer changes their mind and does not want the order, we will do our best to cancel the order. If however, we’ve already printed the base, the printing fee will not be refunded.

RETURNS/ REFUNDS

Returns will involve a partial refund as personalized items are non-refundable. If a customer wishes to return a MOVA Globe that came with a personalized base, the refund will be processed will be minus the following: printing fees, shipping fees, MSRP cost of the base that came with the globe.

OUR PRINTING TECHNIQUE

Our high-resolution, full-gradient color printer uses an ultraviolet (UV) process to cure the ink onto the base. The Frosted White color option will provide a deep-etched or sand-blasted look.

PAYMENT

The product must be paid in full before printing will commence. Credit card sales are processed at the time of sale and not after delivery.

COLOR

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.

RELEASE

Customer agrees that we may use their custom images in promotional material including displays, brochures, marketing materials, videos, websites and other marketing uses.   

COPYRIGHTS

When providing artwork for custom designs, the Customer warrants they own or have rights to the copyright for all designs submitted. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MOVA International for any claims of copyright infringement.
